Return Process

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for the return.

  4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via your original method of communication (e.g., confirmation email) or, if applicable, store credit.

Exchanges
